Before I became a business mentor, I was in the corporate world. As a senior manager at KPMG, I ran multi-million-pound projects, developing skills in leadership, strategy, and business development. But deep down, I knew my passion lay elsewhere.
That passion led me to take a bold step into the fitness industry, joining a small, single-location gym. At the time, it was a modest operation but I saw it could have big potential with the right growth plan in place.

I honed in on our niche and refined the gym's offerings to align with the needs of our ideal clients, ensuring we stood out in a crowded market, because let’s face it, there’s no shortage of gyms out there!
