Membership Outline

Next Level You is a membership platform for women who want to improve their health through education, guidance, and support in relation to training, nutrition, and mindset to help you work towards your personal health and wellbeing goals.  The membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.

Membership Specifics

There are six elements to the membership:

  1. Weekly Training Programme

  2. Nutritional Guidance

  3. Weekly Online Check-ins

  4. Monthly Discovery Sessions

  5. Monthly Mindset Workshops

  6. Access to Guest Expert Sessions

Weekly Training

The weekly training programme is designed based on the information you provide, including your completed health questionnaire. The programme will be delivered via MyPTHub and reviewed weekly, with check-ins used to make necessary adjustments where appropriate.
You should only participate in the training if you feel fit, well, and physically able to do so on the day. It is your responsibility to modify or pause training if you experience illness, injury, or discomfort, and to seek appropriate medical advice where required.

Nutritional Guidance

Nutritional guidance is provided based on the information you supply, including your completed health questionnaire and onboarding information. Guidance will be shared inside the nutrition area in MyPTHub and may be reviewed during regular check-ins, with adjustments made where appropriate.
All nutritional guidance is educational in nature and is intended to support healthy lifestyle habits. You are responsible for implementing the guidance in a way that is appropriate for your individual needs, health status, and circumstances, and should only follow the guidance if you feel it is suitable for you at the time.

Weekly Online Check-ins

Weekly online check-ins take place inside MyPTHub. You will be asked to submit relevant progress information, including measurements and reflections on how you have got on that week.
Check-ins allow you to communicate directly with your Coach Emma Sills to receive guidance, feedback, and support, and to ask questions related to your training and nutritional guidance. Responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe and are intended to support ongoing progress rather than replace medical or clinical advice.

Monthly Discovery Sessions

Monthly 1:1 Discovery Sessions are private sessions held via Zoom with your Coach Emma Sills. These sessions provide dedicated time to review what is working, assess progress, refine your plan, and support ongoing development throughout the programme.
Sessions are scheduled monthly and are intended for coaching, guidance, and strategic support. They do not replace medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.

Monthly Mindset Workshops

Monthly mindset workshops are either delivered by Emma Sills or a Guest Expert and focus on mindset, behaviour change, and personal development to support your overall progress within the programme. Workshops may be delivered live or provided as recorded sessions via the member portal.
Content is educational and reflective in nature and is intended to support awareness, growth, and mindset development. These workshops do not replace therapy, counselling, or other professional mental health support.

Live Sessions & Guest Expert Sessions

Any live sessions will be led by Emma Sills and may also be joined by expert coaches and consultants who are specialists in different areas of health.

The sessions will take place, either directly in the member portal or via Zoom for up to 1 hour. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the live sessions will be advertised inside the portal and emailed out to you monthly.

The information and guidance shared will be based on Emma Sills’s experience in coaching and relevant qualifications in Personal Training, Level 4 Certified Nutrition Diploma, NLP Master Practitioner as well as the guest experts’ qualifications in the modality they are sharing their knowledge on.

Self-Study

In addition to the programme delivery and live sessions there will be materials provided for self-study. You will be able to access documents and video trainings inside the portal. For best results you should work through the information in your own time. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to learn from the tips and guidance shared.
