Why work with me?

I spent years training and dieting intensely to achieve professional status as a bodybuilder figure athlete. It was during this time I discovered the toll extreme training and strict dieting can take on both body and mind — the constant pressure, the relentless pursuit of more, and the feeling that nothing was ever enough.
Through this journey, I learned a powerful truth: being healthy and happy with your body doesn’t require misery or extremes. I discovered how transformative the mind can be when used intentionally, and how true strength comes from balance, strategy, and self-respect — not punishment or perfection.
Now, I help women 40+ build shape, strength, and confidence while enjoying their lives.
I created Next Level You to give you the tools, support, and strategies to ditch diets for good, overcome what’s been holding you back, and create a healthy, vibrant lifestyle that lasts — so you can feel amazing, inside and out.

Through my 20+ years running gyms, coaching clients, and competing, I noticed a pattern: those who succeeded in making lasting changes weren’t chasing extremes — they were building habits, mindset, and strategies that supported their whole life. This inspired me to study the power of the mind and become a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, so I could guide clients through transformational change that sticks.
